    Tiramisu+Bread Pudding

    好久没弄吃的了..
    自己一个人真的没什么好弄的....
    朋友要回国了....临走想吃Tiramisu...
    于是就弄了给她饯行....
    好久不弄东西..手都生了.....
    做了这两样n百人都弄过的东西练下手..咔咔咔咔.....
    方子是美味DIY的..别说..Tiramisu还真不错...
     
    吃了那么多次,始终觉得湿湿的蛋糕底比手指饼好吃...呵呵....
    Tiramisu的方子...(复制版):
    材料: (6 吋蛋糕模 / 1 磅)
    海綿蛋糕…………………………………………………………………………2 片
    Mascarpone cheese …………………………………………100g
    砂糖………………………………………………………………………………30g
    雞蛋………………………………………………………………………………1 隻
    淡忌廉……………………………………………………………………………140g
    吉利丁粉………………………………………………………………………5g
    咖啡酒漿:
    特濃咖啡
    (Espresso) ………………………………………………………………………100g
    咖啡酒……………………………………………………………………………適量
    砂糖………………………………………………………………………………適量
    裝飾:
    (Cocoa powder) ………………………………………………………適量
     
    步骤:
    做法:
    (1) 將蛋糕片剪得比蛋糕模略細,掃上咖啡酒漿。
    (2) 忌廉打起備用。
    (3) 蛋、糖打至奶白色備用。吉利丁粉热水溶,加入少量蛋漿攪勻。
    (4) Mascarpone 芝士加進餘下的蛋漿中攪勻,再加入忌廉攪勻。
    (5) 重新攪勻魚膠蛋漿,加進(4)中攪勻。
    (6) 蛋糕模內放上一片已掃上咖啡酒漿的蛋糕,倒入一半芝士忌廉糊,重複做一
    次。
    (7) 放進冰箱下層3 小時,冷凍後蛋糕面灑上Cocoa powder和小钢珠糖即完成。
     
    我的咖啡酒浆放了两种,一种是咖啡酒+Espresso,另外一层是百利甜+Espresso..
    总结..百利甜比较滑,容易腻..还是清清的咖啡酒跟cheese的味道衬些
    筛粉的筛子在搬家过程中不见了..所以coco粉撒得很不均匀...还很厚...有空得去买个补上才行...
     
     
     
     
    Bread Pudding
    这个想做很久了...因为总觉得很好吃~现在做来练下手~
    ^_^~方子:...(复制版too):
    材料: (四位用)
    鮮奶………………………………………………………………………………150g
    糖…………………………………………………………………………………40g
    淡忌廉……………………………………………………………………………150g
    雲呢拿香油………………………………………………………………………少許
    蛋…………………………………………………………………………………150g
    麵飽………………………………………………………………………………適量
    牛油………………………………………………………………………………適量
    玉桂粉……………………………………………………………………………少許
    提子乾……………………………………………………………………………少許
     
    手边没有玉桂和提子干..于是自动忽略..咔咔...
     
    做法:
    (1) 焗爐預熱180 度。麵飽切片放在杯內,塗牛油及放入少許玉桂粉,再放上
    提子乾。
    (2) 蛋、糖攪勻,加入淡忌廉和奶攪勻隔渣,倒入麵飽杯內至7-8 成滿。隔水
    以200 度焗約40-45 分鐘。
     
    我做了一个大的可可味道的..可能coco粉加多了..不够甜....
    就把手边的菠萝酱淋上去了...效果还不错~咔咔....
    清甜的菠萝和可可面包布丁的味道挺搭的~

    加了菠萝酱的可可最终决定板::
