    ☜ 咖啡味重巧克力蛋糕 ☞

    因为原版是英文,有可能翻译得不是很正确,大概大概啦`
      材料:无盐黄油200g,少许中粉-搽一下整个蛋糕模
         黑巧克力300g, 鸡蛋6只,白糖200g,柠檬汁少许,
         即溶咖啡粉3-4大匙。
      外面的巧克力层:黑巧克力200g,黄油75g,double cream2大匙

      蛋糕体:
    1。预热烤箱上180度,下火160度,因为我家烤箱没分的,我就调了180
    2。在模子上先涂一层黄油再抹上一层中粉
    3。将巧克力和黄油还有咖啡粉一起溶了
    4。打发蛋黄+白糖,再+入中粉(看到很稠很稠到流动不了就好,因为原来的方子也没写要加多少粉,卡卡)
    5。打发蛋白+柠檬汁
    6。3+4搅匀再分3次加入5,如果觉得太希可以适量再加点面粉,总之稠稠粘粘的可以稍微流动就好,哈哈~本人比较随意
    7。入模子烤大概一小时,插根筷子进去,不粘着出来就好。
    8。烤好后放梢凉再脱模,把面修平。

      巧克力层:
    隔水把材料都溶了就好,搅拌均匀,所有巧克力一溶最好马上起锅,不然冷了之因为过度加热巧克力层会不亮,充满气泡。

    将溶的巧克力淋在蛋糕上,用刀抹均匀,等到巧克力稍硬再自己加装饰就好。
    原方子没咖啡粉,但是我不喜欢吃太甜的东西就加了咖啡粉。
    成品口感润滑,有咖啡的香醇和少少的苦涩味。。我很喜欢。。哈哈
